that you use to log in to our online shop will be
used solely for the purpose of your shopping. You
can be sure that we are fully responsible and liable
for the privacy of your particulars.
Members
must properly keep and remember their account number
and password. To protect your own rights, please absolutely
refrain from allowing other people to use your account
number and password. We are not responsible for any
disputes or loss caused by such actions. We appreciate
your cooperation.
1. Please
first register as a member
Upon registration, you will receive a system generated
confirmation mail informing you that you have become
an official Eden Rules member.

Placing Orders
(1)Enter
the shopping page of the item that you want to purchase,
click on the specific item, and then click “drop
in shopping cart”. You will see a summary of your
orders, then click “continue shopping” or “check
out”.
(2)Changing the quantity: On the shopping cart list
you can view the summary of your ordered items, quantity,
and amount. Here you can make direct adjustments ((consider
using word “adjustments” instead)) to the quantity
of your orders. Please remember to click the “Change
Quantity” button to complete the adjustments.
(3)Cancellation: Should you wish to cancel your order
for a certain item, simply change the quantity of
that item to “0”, and remember to click the “Change
Quantity” button, then the order for that item will
be cancelled.
(4)Continue Shopping: Should you desire to shop more,
just click the “Continue Shopping” button to make
further purchases.
(5)Check Out: After you have finalized your order
and quantity, please click “Check Out” to complete
the transaction.

Using the Search Engine
Eden Rules
provides a search engine for you to make extensive
search for any item that you want. Please enter the
name of the item or use the “Advanced” function
to search for the item you want to find.

Methods of Payment
Eden Rules
accepts the following methods of payment.
A. Orders from outside Formosa
We only accept credit card payment and ship by DHL.
The buyer has to bear the shipping cost. Please refer
to the <DHLtariff
table>.
B. Orders
within Formosa
We accept ATM payment or bank remittance. The buyer
has to bear the express delivery charges. Please refer
to the <Delivery
Charges Table>.
★Please
note: After you have completed the checkout process,
a computer generated order confirmation will be sent
to you by email. Please verify that the details of
the order and account number for payment are correct.
If you fail to receive an order confirmation within
12 hours after making the order, you must contact
the staff of Customer Service.
Please make payment within 7 days after placing your
order by transferring the amount at ATM machines,
or by remittance at bank counters.
Payment by(ATM)transfer:
Your order is effective only after you have made your
payment through ATM transfer or bank remittance.
★In
order to expedite dispatching your order once your
payment is received, please first fax the remittance
receipt to us at: phone no. (02) 2239-4556 exit 202. Please
also specify your order number and name of purchaser,
then we can execute your order as soon as possible.
Bank
account no. for remittance:
Please
send your remittance within 7 days. Your order will
be executed after receiving your remittance. The buyer
has to bear the fees for payment transfer or remittance.
★Note:For
orders outside Formosa, only credit card payment is
acceptable. Your order will be executed as soon as
payment is received.

Method of delivery
A. Orders
within Formosa
will be dispatched by door-to-door express delivery.
In about 2 or 3 days after you received the “Dispatch
Notification”, Pelican Express will deliver the goods
that you ordered to the “shipping address” listed
in your order.
★Note:
1. Please ensure that someone is there to receive
the goods at the shipping address. Since Pelican Express
is a courier service, if the goods cannot be successfully
delivered after 3 times, the order will be treated
as returned goods, and you have to place your order
again. (Payment received will be refunded after we
receive the returned goods from Pelican Express.)
2. If your shipping address is a postal box, delivery
could be delayed because Pelican Express will wait
until they have received your complete order”, and
then send out again by registered mail.
3. If you wish to return the goods after receiving
them, please adhere to the conditions for returning/exchanging
goods.
4. The receipt(s) will be enclosed with the parcel,
in an envelope. Please check carefully.
5. If, due to any unavoidable elements such as catastrophes
of natural or human causes, you cannot receive the
goods within the expected time, please contact our
Customer Service as soon as possible to avoid loss
or damages.
6. In any cases, if you fail to receive the goods
you ordered, please immediately call (02) 2748-2137,
or email to service@edenrules.com,
our Customer Service will handle your problem as soon
as possible.
B. All Orders outside Formosa will be dispatched by
DHL to the specified shipping address. After receiving
the “Dispatch Notification”, you will receive the
goods in 3 to 7 working days, depending on which country.

Return/exchange
of goods
1. Rules for return/exchange of goods
Goods may be returned or exchanged within 7 days after
receiving. After this period, the goods will be regarded
as checked and accepted. This 7-day period begins
on the post date stamped by the delivery agency.
2. Conditions acceptable for return/exchange
Flaws found in goods, or goods damaged during the
delivery.
3. Procedure for return/exchange
Please send back the goods in original packing, together
with invoice. As soon as Eden Rules has confirmed
the flaws or damages, we will deliver the new replacement
to you as soon as possible.
4. When placing your order, please
carefully read through the description and specification
of the item. Return/exchange is not acceptable under
the following conditions:
a) The goods has been opened and used.
b) There is no flaw or damage in the goods.
3) You ordered the wrong goods due to your negligence
when placing the order.
